Responsibilities) Lead product strategy and execute product roadmap for a business critical pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform.
Take ownership of key initiatives and execute while closely collaborating with cross functional teams across Toast.
Anticipate the challenges and opportunities for the pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform and proactively take steps to address them.
Articulate the product vision and strategy, collaborate with key stakeholders to align on product strategy and own the Pricing & Funds Management product roadmaps.
Anticipate and resolve strategic issues that impair the product and technical team's ability to deliver.
Manage multiple projects and fulfill product requests while meeting tight deadlines Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing world-class product managers.
Establish success metrics and monitor the performance of your products to improve our products continuously and make data-driven decisions.

(Requirements) Experience managing payment products, with at least 10+ years in the payments industry Track record building high performing product management teams, and developing exceptional talent Proven track record of owning and executing payments strategy.
Experience with payment pricing capabilities, reconciliation, and money movement processes is key.
Strong ability to partner with leaders and teams cross functionally.
Strong in both setting a vision and strategic direction for a domain and ability to drive execution and be detailed oriented.
Strong understanding of payment technology, card payment systems, money movement and treasury management requirements.
Outstanding discernment with an understanding of business drivers and of how to drive value to the customer.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
Unrelentless focus on ownership, results and problem solving; you see a problem and provide thoughtful solutions.
Possesses strong decision-making and prioritization skills and is results-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency to drive multiple projects to successfulpletion.
