We're looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead our Pricing & Funds Management product, ensuring seamless financial transactions for our 127,000+ locations.

About This Role

We're seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Pricing & Funds Management product strategy, executing a roadmap that meets Toast's growing needs across the globe. As a key member of our organization, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to craft a vision that delivers best-in-class customer-facing fintech products and foundational capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Pricing & Funds Management, aligning with Toast's business objectives.
  • Lead key initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive results and resolve strategic issues.
  • Anticipate challenges and opportunities, proactively addressing them to ensure the success of the product.
  • Craft and own the Pricing & Funds Management product roadmaps, articulating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while coaching and developing high-performing product managers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience managing payment products in the payments industry.
  • A proven track record of building high-performing product management teams and developing exceptional talent.
  • Experience owning and executing payments strategies, with expertise in payment pricing capabilities, reconciliation, and money movement processes.
  • Strong partnering skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution.
  • A deep understanding of payment technology, card payment systems, and money movement requirements.
  • Outstanding discernment, with a keen sense of business drivers and the ability to drive value to customers.
