Key Responsibilities:

This dynamic role will require the successful candidate to provide expert advice and guidance on claims coverage, facilitate the resolution of outstanding issues, and coordinate discussions with clients, underwriters, and their representatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum CIP qualification, ideally progressing towards MDI/ACII qualification.
  • Accredited under Minimum Competency Requirements and evidence of CPD returns.
  • Experience in complex claims, including high-value property losses and Financial/Professional Lines claims.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance markets, legal, and regulatory environments.
