Key role available for a Property Manager with extensive experience in overseeing the full operational performance of a complex property.
About the RoleThis position is based in Dublin and requires managing the entire estate, including residential, commercial, and shared spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely, managing contractors and service providers, and providing excellent support to tenants and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day management and maintenance of the estate's diverse assets
- Oversee repairs, inspections, upgrades, and cleaning standards across the property
- Ensure health & safety compliance and oversee daily operations of on-site carparks
- Maintain records, assist with budgeting, and report to senior management
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years' experience in property or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building operations, systems, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach with great attention to detail
- Experience managing budgets and external contractors
We are seeking a proactive and practical leader with a proven track record in facilities or estate management. A qualification in facilities or property management would be highly beneficial.
