Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bottle Inspection Supervisor to oversee our production processes and ensure the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead inspection teams to maintain efficiency and quality throughout offloading, product inspection, and onloading operations.
  • Ensure product inspections adhere to customer requirements and company standards.
  • Liaise with Production Managers to meet high-volume production schedules.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing PPE guidelines and ensuring cleanliness of the production area.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of production lines to guarantee they operate at optimal levels.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offsite technicians to promptly address faults and ensure smooth operation.
  • Ensure adequate resource allocation across production lines.
  • Work closely with the Bottling Production Manager to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
  • Prioritize adherence to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Guarantee the bottling hall remains in an audit-ready state, meeting BRC/HSA/HACCP and other relevant standards.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to efficiently palletize and log products.
Requirements
  • Fluent English is essential for understanding and implementing Health and Safety policies.
  • Experience as a Bottle Inspection Supervisor or similar role is preferred.
  • Able to work in a rotating shift pattern.
  • Dedication to upholding health and safety standards and maintaining a clean, compliant environment.
