Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our residential project in Mullingar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with a methodical approach to managing site operations and ensuring timely completion.

  • Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure it is delivered on schedule and within set parameters.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  • Review high-level deliverables across the site to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Ensure that all personnel on site adhere to Health and Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies in line with the project program.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
