Due Diligence Analyst Job Description

Overview:


Conduct thorough investigations and gather critical information to support informed decision-making.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct open-source research, analyzing and summarizing findings into concise reports.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the due diligence process and propose solutions to enhance operational standards.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in due diligence, investigations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Preferred proficiency in a foreign language, especially Mandarin, Arabic, French, or German.
