Job Overview

This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage the delivery of technical support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Act as an escalation point for service-related problems
  • Develop business partnerships with decision-makers
  • Promote Capita's services to managed service customers

Work closely with the Account Manager in a matrix team environment, scheduling and documenting monthly and quarterly customer meetings. Ensure compliance with internal governance processes, including risk management.
