Business Relationship Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Relationship Specialist to act as our main point of contact for clients and partners. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, daily account administration, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor account systems and activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Client onboarding process management.
- Review and provide input on legal documents for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance initiatives with relevant teams.
- Resolve issues related to account control and client service to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with external parties to structure and close transactions.
- Manage account administration tasks, including cash flow execution and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar business relationship role.
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex legal documents.
- Familiarity with corporate structures, laws, and regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years/' experience in Global Capital Markets client service preferred.
- Working toward or received CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification preferred.
