Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor, Commercial Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating complex sales agreements that meet our company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate and manage complex sales agreements with customers, ensuring compliance with our company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales operations, and product operations, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of agreements.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing expert legal guidance and support as needed.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to enhance our sales agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial contracting, with a focus on SaaS or software licensing transactions.
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud/hyperscalers, and EBA/DORA, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical transactional context.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to distill complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional critical thinking abilities, with strong business acumen and judgment.
  • Fluency in English, with an additional language being an advantage.
  • Dutch Law Degree or equivalent qualification.
