Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal guidance on complex Commercial, Contractual, and Procurement matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve legal issues.

  • Participate in high-level discussions and present legal insights to drive business decisions.

About You:

  • Relevant post-qualification experience gained at a leading law firm or in-house, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal matters, including procurement law, commercial contracts, and technology agreements.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering results.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
