**About the Role**
BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its East North Europe team based in the Dublin Office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the CIS Area (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia) and Austria/Switzerland, reporting to the Area Director.
The role involves a wide range of activities including organisation of Third-Party events, communication with sales force and marketing partners, contract preparation, and coordination of travel bookings.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely implementation of approval processes, transparency and compliance reporting, managing project budget, and documentation of adhered compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry and possess excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task, and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ukrainian or Russian highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Agile and fast learner
- Focused on delivery and execution of tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide administrative support
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Coupa, Oracle, Teams etc.)
