Payroll Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and maintain client relationships.
  • Review payrolls, streamline processes, and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of legislative and system changes through regular training.
  • Handle client queries and generate financial reports.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of payroll experience (EuroPay or similar system).
  • IPASS qualification preferred; payroll bureau experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
  • Ability to manually calculate payroll with high accuracy.
  • Excellent multitasking, client management, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and auto-enrolment regulations.
