We are seeking skilled relief chefs to join our culinary team in Waterford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food of high quality and presentation
  • Assist in stock management and quality control
  • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Communicate effectively with the team and lead by example
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and food safety control practices at all times

To be successful as a relief chef, you will have:

  • A minimum level 2 chef qualification
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a busy kitchen or catering environment
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining excellent communication skills
  • Practical chef skills with the ability to manage a busy kitchen
