About the Role:We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead our team in Cork, Ireland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of our warehouse workers and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise warehouse operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and H&S guidelines.
- Liaise with the Duty Manager and collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ensure efficient loading of trucks and minimize damage or waste during the process.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain a smooth and proactive work environment during each shift.
- Delegate tasks to the team and establish a schedule for upcoming shifts.
- Plan weekly schedules to optimize task completion and efficiency.
- Assist with picking and loading as required, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate mobile equipment safely and adhere to regulations.
This is a full-time, permanent position working on-site in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
