Job Title: Senior Treasury Management Specialist

This is a highly specialized role that involves the implementation and optimization of treasury management systems within corporate or non-bank financial services environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the treasury and finance teams to develop and optimize treasury management systems and surrounding business-as-usual processes.

  1. Design, configure, and implement treasury management solutions with our implementation partner, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, create high-quality user stories, and ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
  3. Elicit and understand business value from stakeholders, challenging assumptions and translating this into actionable requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring industry trends and communicating them to stakeholders, providing coaching on leveraging these trends for business value. You will also be expected to provide clear and frequent updates to key stakeholders on analytical tasks and progress.

Key Skills:
  • Graduate education or equivalent experience in a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management systems and experience with FIS Integrity preferred.
  • Proficiency in data flow analysis, user story management, and documentation of complex processes.
  • Experience working with global teams, software providers, and delivering change in treasury environments.
  • Business acumen, adaptability, stakeholder partnership, collaboration, engineering mindset, and being data-driven are core competencies for this role.
  • Clear and concise communication, results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, advocacy for change, creative thinking, teamwork, and collaboration are essential.
