Cybersecurity Specialist

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of our clients' cybersecurity capabilities and enhancing their existing programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of expertise in developing robust security frameworks, designing actionable security plans, and evaluating the efficacy of security controls. With a proven track record of delivering complex security projects within a consulting or professional services environment, you will work collaboratively with clients across various business verticals to drive strategic growth and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and establish cybersecurity strategies and maturity models to gauge the client's security posture and progress, ensuring they align with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend targeted remediation measures.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, security goals, and technical constraints, translating them into effective security solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and emerging technologies to clients and internal teams, staying abreast of the latest developments in cloud security and threat landscape.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of customized training sessions and workshops to enhance security awareness and knowledge transfer among clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft security technologies and solutions, with a focus on Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Security, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
