We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team.
Job SummaryMaintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records, preparing reports, and providing support to employees requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits elections. Ensure accuracy and reliability in maintaining these records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for senior management. Provide clear and concise insights into employee payroll data.
- Provide support in addressing employee payroll queries and resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite with strong proficiency in Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Leverage this skillset to drive business decisions.
- Handle sensitive or confidential payroll matters with discretion and integrity.
- Compile and analyse payroll data to generate insights for decision-making and financial planning.
- At least 2 years of payroll experience is essential. Proven track record in maintaining accurate payroll records and preparing reports.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail are crucial in ensuring accuracy and reliability in payroll processing.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of payroll tasks.
- Advanced Excel Skills required for efficient payroll analysis and reporting.
