Job Title

An Accommodation Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in this key position, providing exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

About the Role
  • Clean and prepare rooms for guest arrivals and stay-overs.
  • Assist with cleaning other areas as required by management.
  • Report guest comments or complaints to management.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a busy hotel environment.
  • Basic English skills are required.
  • A cheerful personality with effective customer care awareness is essential.
  • Availability for full-time work including evenings, weekends and shift work based on business levels.
