Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service.
  2. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
  3. Manage kitchen costs and inventory to meet operational targets.
  4. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years proven experience as a Senior Chef or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Have a track record of training and developing individuals to achieve their best.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative dishes.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including cost control and stock management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
