Due to continued growth, our organisation seeks a Logistics Manager in Dublin.

  • Manage storage areas on site and oversee booking and coordination of delivery materials.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors for safe deliveries from off-site storage facilities to the site.
  • Maintain organisational skills to ensure orderly site deliveries.
  • Attend pre-start meetings to confirm understanding of site challenges, storage space, and delivery booking processes through Datascope.
  • Liaise closely with sub-contractors for effective traffic management of vehicles on-site and deliveries.
  • Oversee contractor approach to each delivery and ensure all deliveries are complete.
  • Prevent congestion and blockage of site roads by ensuring all loading and unloading occurs within the compound.
  • Manage operatives to follow health & safety and work ethics guidelines.
  • Record and trace labour allocation and work reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role on a large construction site.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of load management, storage space, sub-contractors, and operatives.
  • Bonus: AP Crane and Temp Works qualifications advantageous.
