Job Opportunity:

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Dublin. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working at Foreman/Site Manager level on large-scale projects.

Role Description:

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff to ensure the efficient execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and HSA guidelines, with proven experience working on large civils projects.

Key responsibilities include management and control of plant and equipment, health and safety issues, drawings and specifications, compliance with building regulations, and maintaining a tidy, safe, and efficient site.

Regular updates on the progress of works will be provided to the Site Manager.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working at Foreman/Site Manager level on large-scale projects
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and HSA guidelines
  • Proven experience working on large civils projects
  • Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
  • Full Driving License
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively
