Food Operations Manager Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced food operations professional to join our team in the Wexford area.

This is a great opportunity for a driven individual with experience in all aspects of hospitality management, including food service and customer relations.

  • Lead a team to achieve sales targets while controlling operational costs and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain high operational standards across all departments.
  • Implement company operating standards and policies across all departments.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and identify areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Address HR issues in conjunction with the HR department.
  • Maintain smooth service, hygiene, and customer contact at all times.
  • Ensure all departments comply with health, safety, and regulatory measures.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Calm leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with proficient spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting in a similar role.
