Job Overview

Manufacturing Team Member Position

This is a pivotal role within our manufacturing operations, requiring a highly skilled and organized individual to manufacture medical device products and components in a cleanroom environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to quality standards, productivity targets, and GMP requirements, while ensuring the highest level of attention to detail.

Purpose of the Role

This Manufacturing Team Member plays a crucial part in our production process, working closely with colleagues, Team Leaders, and supervisors to achieve company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all standard operating procedures to manufacture orders as required by the production schedule.
  • Carry out 100% inspection on all product produced, adhering to pre-determined standards.
  • Conduct product testing using the appropriate measurement and testing equipment.
  • Complete all necessary documentation both electronically and hard copy, in accordance with company requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant colleagues, Team Leaders, and supervisors regarding issues that require attention.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to routine cleaning procedures.
  • Comply with all rules and regulations set out by the company.
  • Assist in the training of new employees, ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their duties.
  • Adhere to procedures, quality standards, and GMP requirements at all times.
  • Take ownership of outputs, yield, and efficiency, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Quality and EHS policies and procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of Leaving Cert education or equivalent is essential.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and interpret specifications and work instructions.
  • High levels of attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively.
