Job Title: Senior Medical Device Innovator
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Medical Device Innovator.
This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in the medical device space, working on cutting-edge projects that can change lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Medical Device Design: Develop next-generation medical devices for the Endoscopy/MedSurg space.
- R&D Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the full R&D lifecycle, from early-stage concept through to clinical and commercial launch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and regulatory.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in medical device design, preferably in Endoscopy or MedSurg.
- Self-Expanding Metal Stents (SEMS): Experience with SEMS is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial Background: Entrepreneurial training (e.g., BioInnovate program or similar) is highly desirable.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for medical innovation.
