Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of large-scale projects.

Your role will involve coordinating and managing all elements of project planning, including generating documents, implementing change controls, and coordinating with third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and qualification strategies in line with client requirements
  • Coordinate and supervise third-party suppliers and vendors as necessary
  • Monitor and report on project progress and communicate shortfalls to stakeholders
  • Organize and attend meetings required for progress gathering or plan alignment
  • Participate in decision forums to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project plans
  • Evaluate resource allocation and provide recommendations to maintain required progress
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline with project management experience
  • 5 years' experience in projects in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech/Medical devices sector or major project environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems and equipment and engineering design
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner to keep stakeholders informed
  • Proven ability to adapt in a changing environment and work with flexible methods and priorities
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required
