About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and data centers.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and development of our Northern Europe Life Sciences Operation. You will provide strategic input to project proposals, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of senior level project experience in the design and construction of complex Life Sciences projects. They will possess a professional qualification in a relevant field, an understanding of contract models, and strong commercial ability.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver complex projects in various sectors
- Provide strategic input to project proposals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders
- Foster relationships with senior consultants and subcontractor personnel

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional senior level project experience in Life Sciences projects
- Professional qualification in a relevant field
- Understanding of contract models
- Strong commercial ability
