Senior Delivery Manager Position

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Delivery Manager with exceptional leadership skills to oversee a high-performing team of Azure managed service consultants across Ireland, the UK, and India.

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Strategic Triangle – Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and quarterly forecasting of team costs and project revenues
  • Review actual performance against forecasts, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with leadership and account teams to develop account strategies
  • Contribute to service design and support service implementation
  • Support presales activities, including bids, tenders, and presentations
  • Handle customer escalations, issues, and requirements
  • Identify and pursue Continual Service Improvement initiatives
  • Achieve targets for customer satisfaction and service improvement
  • Explore opportunities for additional work within existing clients
  • Work with sales to develop new business opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in customer service, relationship management, and as a Service Delivery or Senior Delivery Manager
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proven success in driving revenue through presales, bids, and tenders
  • Resource management experience, including performance management and team development
  • Technical background as a Systems, Cloud, Azure, Azure Reliability Engineer, Administrator, or Consultant
  • P&L experience, including forecasting gross profit and managing costs and revenues
