The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring that all schedule, budget, and compliance targets are met. They will also act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, facilitating smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and managing contracts for roofing and cladding projects.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors.
- Managing site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitoring contract performance and compliance.
- Producing regular progress reports and conducting commercial risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.
- Experience leading site teams and managing subcontractor networks.
- Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar field.
