Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Data Specialist to join our team. As an AI Data Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and becoming knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving reported issues via ticketing system
  • Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site
  • Becoming knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
  • Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve support of our community of users
  • Gathering, analysing, and utilising relevant data to develop ways to improve user experience
  • Recognising trends and patterns and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong personal resilience, ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment, and excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills. You should also have high adaptability and positive approach to challenges, ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems, and work as part of a team.

You will need to have effective time management and prioritisation skills, and ability to consistently hit KPIs on time. Additionally, you should have advanced level of English (C1) and fluent in native language on near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication.
