Senior Software Engineering Leader Position

The company is seeking a senior software engineering leader to join its leadership team. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams of software developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large commercial product development teams and a strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle methods, including Agile, DevOps, Build-Measure-Learn, and modern software development methodologies.

  • Leads cross-functional teams of software developers in delivering high-quality products and solutions.
  • Owns the overall technical vision and execution strategy for the teams, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
  • Engages with Product Management and Business stakeholders at all levels to execute product roadmaps and meet company goals.
  • Develops and implements technical roadmaps and architectural development models for the organization.
  • Effectively mentors the team on guiding principles and standards, while leading technical change and transformation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • At least 5 years leading large commercial product development teams of 20+ people.
  • Experience in delivering both Software-as-a-Service and Managed-as-a-Service solutions.
  • Fluency in Agile, DevOps, Build-Measure-Learn, and modern software development lifecycle methods.
  • Proficient with programming languages such as TypeScript, C#, C++, and Python.
