We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work with individuals living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions to ensure they live with dignity and realize their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our service users, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their goals.
To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organization's policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a mental health or disability setting
