Job Title: Day Service Facilitator
Role OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Day Service Facilitators. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering meaningful and person-centered services that empower the active citizenship of those we support.
Key Responsibilities- Enable individuals attending our services to participate in a range of activities, encompassing education, employment, sports, and social and recreational pursuits.
- Support service-users in various service and community-based programs.
- Identify and support opportunities for building people's natural support networks and social roles.
- A relevant third-level qualification in Social Care, Education, Community Development, Training, etc. (QQI Level 6 or higher).
- Minimum three years' experience of supporting adults with an intellectual disability or similar field.
- Experience in person-centered planning, capacity building, social inclusion, positive behavior supports, community development, advocacy, and empowerment.
