Experienced Care Home Nurse Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead and coordinate nursing teams in a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day clinical management, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor staff to maintain high standards.
About the Role- Lead and coordinate nursing teams to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Oversee day-to-day clinical management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and NMC standards
- Mentor, support, and develop staff to maintain high professional standards
- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to monitor quality and drive continuous improvement
- Manage rotas and staffing levels to meet resident needs efficiently
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with no restrictions
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Nurse Manager or senior nursing role, ideally within a care home setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and team leadership
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
This is a rewarding opportunity that offers:
