As a key member of the Quality group, you will work collaboratively with other departments to promote health and safety goals and achieve business objectives.

This role requires an ability to work within a collaborative environment, pursuing continuous improvement and ensuring compliance to established quality systems.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive health and safety initiatives.">
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) that support business objectives.">
  • Pursue further development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management system.">
  • Establish and maintain risk management principles and methods throughout the product realization process.">
  • Maintain relevant documentation to comply with quality standards and customer requirements.">
  • Offer quality guidance to the team in support of day-to-day deliverables.">
  • Develop strong links with customer organizations and project stakeholders.">
  • Support and initiate projects for continuous improvement.">
  • Conduct and drive audits to ensure compliance with ISO 13485.">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Level 8 degree in Quality or a related field such as Science/Engineering.">
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience required.">
  • Working knowledge of FDA/ISO/MDD quality systems for Medical Device companies.">
  • Experience in a similar role as Quality Engineer is advantageous.">
  • Quality experience in component and device manufacturing desirable.">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills essential.">
