Job Title: Operations Excellence Specialist

Overview:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise to the manufacturing line and proactively monitor performance metrics.
  • Ensure manufacturing activities align with our quality system and policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, establishing new manufacturing best practices.
  • Collaborate in risk assessments and mitigation activities related to manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations engineering within the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Offer technical support to the manufacturing team.
  • Monitor and enhance line efficiency, performance, and output.
  • Manage manufacturing activities in accordance with quality system and policies.
  • Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
