Effective leadership and strategic planning are key to the success of a manufacturing operation. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for consistent and safe production.
  • Lead and mentor production teams while promoting accountability and ongoing development.
  • Establish and oversee production schedules and staffing plans to meet delivery and quality targets.
  • Drive lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to reduce waste and improve workflow.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.
  • Oversee equipment, inventory, and material planning to support production needs.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Maintain adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in electro-mechanical or custom-built industrial equipment environments.
  • Solid practical experience applying lean principles and 5S methodology.
  • Background in metal fabrication is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and SOPs.
  • Leadership skills, including team building and coaching.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and systems proficiency.
