Job Overview:

The Senior Manager, Global Quality will oversee the establishment and maintenance of a quality-first culture across worldwide manufacturing facilities.

This entails managing a large global organization, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, ASQ).

  • Develop and implement a global quality strategy in collaboration with regional and site leadership, identifying gaps and creating short and long-term plans.
  • Share best practices across teams and host forums for issue discussion, decision-making, and plan execution.
  • Establish the HealthTech Quality Strategy (e.g., MDSAP / EU MDR).
  • Define annual quality objectives and metrics aligned with business priorities, driving quality culture and performance improvements.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of driving operational excellence and achieving business goals in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the global quality strategy. This will involve working closely with regional and site leadership to identify gaps and create short and long-term plans.

You will also be responsible for sharing best practices across teams and hosting forums for issue discussion, decision-making, and plan execution.

Furthermore, you will establish the HealthTech Quality Strategy, which will include developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business goals in a complex environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

You will also need to have experience in developing and implementing quality strategies, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO, and ASQ.
