As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
