Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional HR services in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and providing guidance on employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage all HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and company standards.
  • Partner with the General Manager and Heads of Department to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee training and development programmes to ensure continuous staff growth and skill enhancement.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Manage HR administration, including contracts, personnel files, payroll liaison, and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor employee engagement, implement retention strategies, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and employment law requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR management, preferably within a hospitality environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Solutions-focused, hands-on approach to HR management.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
