Job Title

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing support to the HR department, ensuring seamless delivery of people-led activities across our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Human Resources enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the HR & Training team to develop employee engagement strategies, promoting a positive work environment and culture.
  • Create reports and presentations to measure HR activity effectiveness and company initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing team welfare programs, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
  • Manage employee updates, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication.
  • Craft engaging internal updates and announcements, keeping employees informed and connected.
  • Support employee relations activities, including drafting letters and note-taking in formal meetings.
  • Contribute to recruitment administration, responding to enquiries and requesting references.
  • Lead projects and initiatives from start to finish, driving business outcomes and achieving clear results.

Requirements

A CIPD qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience is highly desirable. Excellent presentation, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. We welcome recent graduates and individuals with a dynamic and outgoing approach to HR.
