Our organization is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join our team in a prestigious hotel setting. As an integral member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and professional human resources service that aligns with our strategic objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR management, preferably within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or high-volume hospitality environment. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable. In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, are required. Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion is also necessary.

This is a key role that requires a solutions-focused and hands-on approach to HR management. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential. The successful candidate will be able to develop, implement, and manage all HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and company standards. They will also be responsible for partnering with the General Manager and Heads of Department to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

The Human Resources Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new employees. They will oversee training and development programs to ensure continuous staff growth and skill enhancement. Additionally, they will provide guidance and support to management and staff on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters. HR administration responsibilities include managing contracts, personnel files, payroll liaison, and compliance reporting.

The Human Resources Manager will monitor employee engagement, implement retention strategies, and promote a positive work environment. They will also ensure compliance with all health & safety and employment law requirements. As a trusted point of contact for all HR-related matters, the successful candidate must maintain confidentiality at all times.
