Order Management Specialist

As a key member of our EMEA Order Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant order bookings. You will serve as the primary interface between Sales and other operational functions, developing processes/procedures related to order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Review and Processing: Review and process all sales orders following pre-defined processing procedures and utilizing Salesforce and Oracle applications.
  • Data Entry: Data entry of incoming orders from customers and distributors.
  • Order Coordination: Work in coordination with internal departments to ensure order accuracy.
  • Business Support: Provide business support to partners and distributors including assistance on order information, troubleshooting of wrong orders and products returns.
  • Training and Guidance: Guide Inside Sales and Field Sales on Quest/One Identity internal rules and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to details and accuracy.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive Approach: Proactive work style with the desire to optimize internal processes.
  • Crm Experience: Good knowledge and experience with a CRM-System - preferred Salesforce.com.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with common business software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
