We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Sales Administrator. This role is the first point of contact for all visitors, responsible for greeting guests professionally and directing them appropriately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and directing them accordingly
- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and setup
- Handling post and deliveries
- Managing office supplies and placing orders
- Providing basic administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Sales administration including preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Keeping customer databases and sales records up to date
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Following up with customers on enquiries and providing excellent service
