As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

About the Role:
  • Manage our front service counter and provide a warm welcome to customers
  • Prioritize excellent customer service throughout the vehicle's service process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers booking vehicles for service work
  • Address customer issues related to vehicle problems and repair timelines
  • Prepare documentation for customer bookings
  • Agree on costs and timelines with customers
  • Hand over vehicles to customers and explain any post-service work required
  • Invoice and collect payment from customers for completed services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and input data into our computer system
  • Monitor and record stock movements accurately
  • Provide detailed and accurate parts quotations
  • Oversee aftersales administration, including warranty claim processing when necessary
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure workload efficiently
  • Holding a full and clean driving license is mandatory
