Job Title:

Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our team, managing orders submitted by Account Executives with precision and attention to detail.

This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service even under pressure.

  • Determine order type (Equipment Move/Pickup, Trials, Sales, Leases, Rentals, Software, Consulting, or Maintenance Agreements)
  • Verify that the AE has submitted all necessary paperwork
  • Obtain credit approval based on established guidelines
  • Verify the accuracy and pricing of each line item on the sales order

You will demonstrate extensive knowledge of Inventory Management procedures and Best Practices, processing orders digitally using eAutomate. Additionally, you will:

  • Process any revisions to sales orders by adding or removing items, changing pricing, revising bill-to and ship-to information
  • Demonstrate proficiency in task areas within eAutomate, including sales order processing, service call input & dispatch, equipment record updating & management, customer record creation & management, and more
  • Prepare sales orders to be shipped and coordinate transfers of equipment from warehouse to the appropriate office
  • Process all types of paperwork related to the position, both accurately and legibly, including electronic document handling systems such as Laserfiche
