We are looking for a seasoned B2B Telesales Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth in the FMCG food packaging sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a telesales function to expand our customer base and enhance market presence.

This role involves leveraging your expertise in telesales and client relationship management to develop and implement a strategic B2B telesales function. You will lead proactive lead generation, manage inbound and outbound sales interactions, and build and maintain key account relationships to support sales strategy and optimize conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic B2B telesales function within the FMCG food packaging sector to drive sales growth and customer excellence.
2. Lead proactive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and market research, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
3. Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions, delivering compelling presentations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Build and maintain key account relationships, providing insights to support sales strategy and optimize conversion rates.
5. Track performance through detailed reporting and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the FMCG B2B sector.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles meeting sales targets.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Prior experience in the food packaging industry is desirable, but not essential.
