Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share within the sector.
  • Manage inventory and forecasting.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Take ownership of projects from specification and quotation to final installation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights on market developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience, preferably in construction sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of commercial heat pumps is advantageous.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
