Renewables Practice Lead Job Summary

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for renewable energy? We are seeking an experienced Renewables Practice Lead to join our team.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results in the renewable energy sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our renewables practice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the energy consultancy industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, growing, leading, and motivating diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, etc.) or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading diverse teams and leading projects of varying scales.
  • Proven track record in developing and growing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing change programs and driving data-driven performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
