Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Energy Engineer to play a key role in supporting the growth of our Energy and Planning division.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to a wide range of activities within the Energy and Planning sector, including project management, environmental assessments, and preliminary design for renewable energy projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical reports, planning and overseeing design activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to tender preparation, providing line management and leadership, ensuring compliance with quality assurance systems, and coordinating with colleagues.
- A degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 12 years' post-graduate experience are essential requirements. Chartered Engineer status is also necessary.
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills, along with proven experience in engaging with external stakeholders, clients, and sub-contractors, are crucial for this position.
- We are looking for an adaptable, collaborative, and effective team player who can work independently and efficiently.
